Overview

The new Boston Scientific InTouch website is a fully functioning e-commerce site with tailored features and dynamic content customized to the logged-in user’s profile preferences. After discovery workshops and understanding the goals and requirements of the BSC team, the next challenge was to develop four themes that would define the overall experience for each user profile.

The customer journey helped our team identify the different stages of how the customer would successfully navigate through the e-commerce website. We would refer back to each one of these stages as we continued to build the user-flow, sitemap, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
