My Role
Loan Analytics Redesign
As the product designer, I led the redesign of the Loan Analytics experience. I created a scalable design system in Figma and improved how users track and understand their loan activity. The goal was to make the experience simple, trustworthy, and easy to navigate.
The Challenge
Original Loan Analytics Experience
The original loan analytics experience felt clunky and hard to use. The UI was outdated, and users had no clear way to track loan activity, returns, or repayment status. Both lenders and borrowers needed a simpler, more modern way to understand where their money was going.
The Solution
Lenders + Borrower Loan Analytics
Lenders see total lent, amount repaid, return percentage, and borrower history
Borrowers can view active loans, repayment amounts, and history
Filters help sort by status, repayment, or borrower
Return summaries and tooltips provide clear context
Empty states support users with no current loans
